At Kosiloss Store, shipping costs vary by destination. You can view your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart and entering your mailing address at checkout.

Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays (New Year’s, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days* (longer during holiday seasons).

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: $5.99 for Standard Shipping.
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* (may vary during holiday seasons).

Late Deliveries

While our shipping partners aim for timely delivery, delays can occur due to unforeseen events. Kosiloss Store is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address or missing details
  • Severe weather
  • International customs processes

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order. Allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package. If tracking shows no information, the carrier may not have processed it yet. Updates will appear once scanned.

Multiple Items in One Order

Orders with multiple items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You might receive some items before others.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We do not offer split shipping for a single order. To ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Note: Orders to APOs are shipped via DHL Global Mail, then handed to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system, which can take up to 45 extra days. Once in the military mail system, tracking is unavailable for security reasons.
