HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Select your desired charm style on the product page, click “Add To Cart,” and follow the easy steps to complete your purchase. We’ll prepare your order and notify you once it’s on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, additional transit time of 1 to 2 weeks may apply.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to activate in the shipping carrier’s system. If your tracking number doesn’t work after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us for support.
